MOQ What's the minimum order quantity?
10 units. The Starter tier kicks in at 10 units (10% off MSRP). Orders of 25+ unlock Standard tier at 20% off, 50+ get 25% off, and 100+ qualify for the Partner tier at 30% off.
SHIPPING Which regions do you ship to?
We ship globally. Standard shipping is from Tokyo. For large wholesale orders (50+ units), contact us for freight quotes to your region.
PAYMENT What are the payment terms?
Payment is required upfront via bank transfer or PayPal. For established retail partners with repeat orders, credit terms can be arranged after three successful transactions.
LEAD TIME How long does an order take?
Standard lead time is 5–10 business days from payment confirmation to dispatch from Tokyo. Pre-orders on new set releases may require longer lead times — we'll communicate timelines clearly on each inquiry.
RETURNS Do you accept returns?
Sealed product cannot be returned once dispatched. If a product arrives damaged or obviously counterfeit, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll resolve it.
DESIGNS Can I order specific artwork designs?
Current Atelier Collection SKUs are fixed. We release new designs periodically — Volume Partners get first access to pre-order new additions before public launch.
